Class Climate:

1. Making learning a priority- I believe all children have the capacity to learn and student success is defined differently depending on the students needs and goals and this can be achieved through differentiation.

2. Teaching positive actions-

I plan to teach students how to manage emotions, be honest, and treat others fairly.

3. Intrinsically Motivate-

I want students to feel good about themselves in my classroom which is why any exponential growth in learning will be positively reinforced by me.

4. Be a positive role model-

I will hold myself accountable to the behavior I ask of from my students. I want students to see me as a model for the way we should treat others always.

5. Create a classroom code together- I would like to make a list of rules and expectations together as a class and every student in the class will contribute something so everyone feels heard. I also would like to have weekly class meetings with my students.
